The "2024 Taipei International Futures Forum" was held at the Howard Plaza Hotel in Taipei on December 13. Page Chen, Chairman of the CNFA made the opening speech. Jin-Long Peng, Chairperson of the FSC and Chien-Lung Chou, CEO of the TAIFEX, were both invited to deliver speeches.
This year, we focused on the applications and challenges of AI in the futures industry. Keynote speeches explored how to use AI to promote innovation and improve efficiency in the futures industry, as well as paid attention to AI governance, reduced information security risks, and built a good digital transformation ecosystem.
The panel discussion, hosted by Alex Chou, convener of the CNFA's International Affairs Committee, focused on the futures exchange's development direction of AI applications, the advantages and challenges of Taiwan's financial industry in the field of AI, the progress of futures industry operators in using AI in providing services and information, and how to prevent various potential risks of AI, etc. The forum attracted more than 130 participates.
